There is no contact form here on purpose: a form would mean storing your message on our server, and the whole site is built to hold as little as possible. Email reaches a person and you keep a copy.
We aim to reply within five working days, usually sooner. We are a small operation in the United Kingdom, so replies come during UK working hours.
What to say, so we can help faster
A tool is broken or behaving oddly
Tell us which tool, what you did, what happened, and which browser you were using. A screenshot helps more than a description.
Billing, cancelling or a refund
Write from the email address on the account and say what you would like to happen. You do not need an order number.
A tool you wish existed
Describe the job, not the software. Several of the tools here started as exactly this kind of email.
Data protection, for a school
Most answers are already on our schools page. If you need a questionnaire completed or an agreement signed, say which and we will do it.
Something on the site is not accessible
Tell us the page and what blocked you, and what you were using. We treat these first.
Post
We trade from the United Kingdom. If you need a postal address for formal correspondence, email us and we will give you one — email is genuinely faster for everything else.
