How does the tool handle holidays?
You add specific dates to the Holiday list. The tool checks every day in the schedule. If a week is entirely holidays, it is removed completely. If a week has partial holidays (e.g., Thu and Fri), the week is mapped, and the specific days are marked with a red cross so teachers know the unit is shortened.
Can I edit unit names or add notes after generation?
Yes! The generated table has editable "Unit" and "Notes" cells. Just click them to update, and the changes are automatically saved to your browser.
What happens if I add more units than there are weeks?
The tool will map units to the available teaching weeks. Extra units will be flagged in red, signaling that you need to either reduce the number of units or extend the term length.
