Marksheet & Progress Tracker is part of the Pro plan

Import grades from any CSV, map to CEFR bands, and print summaries.

A powerful, browser-based gradebook. Import CSV files directly from SIMS, Arbor, or any other MIS system without rearranging columns. The tool intelligently detects Names, Class IDs, and Assignment scores. It maps numerical grades to CEFR language bands (A1–C2) and provides printable summary sheets for student progress reports. All data stays strictly in the browser.

Common questions

What CSV formats are supported?

It works out for itself which column holds the names, which holds the class, and which hold marks — by reading the headings and then checking every row, not just the first one. Quoted fields are handled, so an export with "Surname, Forename" in one cell survives intact. You do not need to rename a column or follow a template.

How do I map grades to CEFR bands?

Each band has a box holding the mark it starts at — A2 from 40, B1 from 55, and so on. A pupil's average lands in the highest band it reaches, and anything below the A2 figure is A1. Change any of the six and the whole sheet, the class averages and the printed summary all follow.

Can I print a student progress summary?

Yes. The tool generates a "Print Summary" that aggregates every student's average score, their estimated CEFR band, and the class average per assignment. This can be printed or saved as a PDF for parents or school administration.
