Arabic Verb Conjugator is part of the Basic plan
Full conjugation tables for any Arabic verb, in every tense and person.
Free tools you can use right now:
The whole verb, in one view
Give it the dictionary form of a verb and it returns the complete picture: root, form, verbal noun, and fully vowelled tables for every person in each tense you asked for. Weak, hamzated and doubled verbs are handled properly, which is where most quick reference charts quietly give up.
What comes back
- Root, wazn and masdar on one line, so you can place the verb in its family straight away.
- A table per tense, all fourteen persons, fully diacritised.
- An optional English gloss beside each row for teaching and revision.
- A note naming the irregularity when the verb is not sound.
Teachers: the output copies straight into a worksheet, and the print button gives you a clean page with no site furniture on it.
Common questions
Can I type the verb in English?
Yes — "to write" works as well as كتب. If several Arabic verbs share that English meaning it will pick the most common one, so give the Arabic when you need a specific verb.
Does it cover derived forms?
Yes. Ask for كاتب or استكتب and you get that form conjugated, with its wazn named.
Are the case endings on the present tense correct?
The indicative, subjunctive and jussive are given separately precisely because their endings differ. Choose "present subjunctive and jussive" when that distinction is what you are teaching.
