A behaviour and achievement record for an Arabic classroom, built so that logging something takes two taps rather than a form. Choose a pupil, choose a reason — excellent participation, homework complete, helped a classmate, late, no homework, disrupting the lesson — and it is recorded with the time, the date and a running total. The interface is in Arabic throughout, with a small English gloss on every control so a head of department or an inspector who does not read Arabic can still follow the record. Print a day, a pupil or the whole term, and export to a spreadsheet. Nothing about a named child ever leaves your browser.

Every control carries a small English line underneath it, so the record stays readable to a head of department, a senior leader or an inspector who does not read Arabic. Arabic leads; English is never absent.
How fast is it to log something mid-lesson?
Two taps. One on the pupil, one on the reason — there is no Save button and no dialogue, and an Undo appears for a few seconds in case you tapped the wrong name. That is the entire design constraint: anything slower gets written up after the lesson instead of during it, and a behaviour log written from memory afterwards is not a record, it is a recollection.
Can I change the reasons?
The twelve built in are written for an Arabic-medium classroom rather than translated from an English behaviour policy, which is why excellent recitation is there. The free-text note takes anything they do not cover, and it is exported and printed alongside the rest. Editing the list itself is on a paid plan.
Why are the positives worth more than the negatives cost?
Because a log that can only go down stops being filled in by about week three, and an empty log is worth nothing to anybody. The scale is deliberately asymmetric: three points for a notable improvement against one for lateness. If your school policy uses different weightings, export the CSV and apply your own.
Where is the data kept, and is that safe for pupil records?
In this browser, on this device, and nowhere else. There is no account, no upload and no server copy — the tool has no code capable of sending anything anywhere. For a record naming individual children that is the point rather than a limitation: nothing we cannot see, we cannot lose. The trade is that the log lives on one machine, so use the backup button and keep the file wherever your school keeps pupil records.
Can I use it for a ministry or inspection folder?
Yes. Print filtered to one pupil and it comes out as a dated record with a running total and signature lines for the teacher and the parent, which is close to the shape of سجل متابعة الطالب as it is usually asked for. Print filtered to a day for a form tutor, or the whole term for a supervisor.
