Vocab Curriculum Tracker is part of the Pro plan

Map taught words to exam lists, find gaps, and schedule reviews.

Paste the vocabulary you have taught, with the week you taught it, and the wordlist you are working towards. The tool tells you which target words you have covered, which you have not, and which you have taught in a different form — a word written with a definite article, or with harakat, or with a different alef, is matched rather than reported as a gap. It then lays your units out as a spaced revision schedule against real dates, so you can see when each set of words is due to come round again, and print or export it.

Common questions

How does the tool match words with different spellings?

Both lists are folded before they are compared: harakat and kashida are removed, the alef forms أ إ آ are read as ا, ى is read as ي and ة as ه. So كِتَاب and كتاب match, and so do أسرة and اسره. A definite article is deliberately not stripped — الكتاب against كتاب is reported as a near miss rather than merged in silence, because whether that counts is a matter for you and the exam board, not for the tool.

What format should I use for the curriculum?

Use the format `Word, Unit/Week`. For example: `كتاب, Week 3`. This tells the tool which week to map the word to for the spaced repetition schedule.

How is the Spaced Repetition schedule generated?

The tool applies a simple but effective spacing algorithm (taught week, taught + 1 week, taught + 2 weeks, taught + 4 weeks). You can set the "Start of Term" date to map these week numbers to real calendar dates.
